First Advising appointments will provide students with information on how to; Activate your Account and Register for Classes once registration opens in November for the upcoming 2024 spring semester.

Students will also receive One-on-One Advising with one of our Student Success Coaches, (Academic Advisor).

Please make sure you have requested your transcripts to be sent to, transcripts@gtcc.edu if you have not already done so.

How do I apply for Financial Aid?

Use the link to apply. Please note that Financial Aid can take 2-5 weeks to process. Apply as early as possible so that it can be in place and ready to go for the upcoming semester.

How do I request my transcripts from my former High School, NC High School Equivalence, and/or College?
